Deadlift Training Jan 15 2016


I took some video as I warmed up more to focus on keeping my body in a better position with the bar.  I am ok where my body is to start but I still need to stay back on my heels more than what I have.  The shifting on my toes takes away alot of power from my back side.

Here is today's highlights.  Overall it went well.  Pretty solid and light day.
